The experience was great beginning to end. No one wants to buy a furnace but the staff was extremely courteous and professional and they went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with everything.

Matt who sold us our system did an excellent job of answering all of my questions. He was very informative and I appreciated him getting the air conditioner scheduled to be in installed so quickly! Kevin & Dan installed the air conditioner & furnace and did a great job! I felt very confident with them. I am writing today to convey my complete satisfaction with my most recent service call. Yesterday, the 11th, Bill Woods came to my home to perform scheduled furnace maintenance. His professionalism, attention to detail, and suggestions to improve my family's comfort and safety were impressive and welcome. For instance, my furnace has a minor design-flaw making burner removal and cleaning unusually difficult. In spite of this, and with much time and effort, Mr. Woods performed the needed cleaning. Instead of a "good enough" attitude, I saw a "let's get it right" attitude.

I do not find many opportunities to extend compliments these days to those that are supposed to provide service. It is therefore refreshing to find an individual, and thereby a company, that understands the real value of providing excellent service. Thank you.
